Criminal Litigation involves attendances to police station interviews and questioning, Bail applications in the Magistrates Court and High Court and in some instances, bail appeals in the Supreme Court. Criminal trials and applications in the criminal court also form part of the field of criminal litigation in which we take pride in the experience that our practitioners have gained over the years as we have former public prosecutors and former magistrates as part of the team. In this field we are available 24 hours a day and 366 days a year (in a leap year of course!).
